will 和 be going to 都可以用来于一般将来时,表示将要发生的事、将要去做某事,但是它们所表达的意思不尽相同
一、be going to 在非正式场合,特别是谈话或是歌词中,going to 常被缩写为 gonna [ˈɡənə]
1、已经决定或打算将来要做某事,发生在说话之前,例如:
They're going to retire to the beach.
他们打算退休去海滩。
I’m going to visit my aunt next Friday.
下星期五我要去看望我姑妈。
I've bought my ticket. I'm going to fly to Florida.
我买了票。我要飞往佛罗里达。
I'm going to accept the job offer.
我要接受这份工作。
They have made reservations for their summer holiday. They’re going to spend their holiday in London.
他们已预订了暑假的房间。他们打算在伦敦度假。
We have come to the shopping center. We‘re going to get some food and drink.
我们已经到了购物中心。我们去买些食物和饮料。
The boss waits reports about incomes every month. So he is going to write a report tomorrow for this month.
老板每月都要等收入报告。所以他明天要为这个月写一份报告。
Jully is calling her friends for breakfast. She is going to make a delicious breakfast tomorrow.
朱丽正在给她的朋友打电话吃早餐。她明天要做一顿美味的早餐。
They bought concert tickets yesterday. They are going to go to the concert tonight.
他们昨天买了音乐会的票。他们今晚要去听音乐会。
I have bought my ticket. I‘m going to fly to Florida
我买了票。我要飞往佛罗里达
Mark is going to organize the celebration.
马克要组织庆祝活动。
I‘m going to go to make my daugther’s birthday cake.
我要去做我女儿的生日蛋糕。
2、根据自己的判断或是经验来预测未来有可能要发生的事情,例如:
I think it is going to rain.
我想要下雨了。
I don't feel well. I think I'm going to throw up.
我觉得不舒服。我想我要吐了。
Take your seats please. The meeting is going to begin.
坐好吧,要开会了。
Get back! The bomb is going to explode.
回去!炸弹要爆炸了。
The man and the woman are engaged. They‘re going to marry next month.
男人和女人订婚了。他们下个月就要结婚了。
She gets in her car. She is going to drive the car.
她上车了。她要开车。
He is a student. He is studying English at a university. He‘s going to be a english teacher next year.
他是个学生。他在一所大学学习英语。明年他将成为一名英语教师。
Be careful! The bee is going to bite you.
小心!蜜蜂会咬你的。
Mary is pregnant. She’s going to have a baby soon.
玛丽怀孕了。她很快就要生孩子了。
Look at the black clouds in the sky. It’s going to rain.
看天空中的乌云。要下雨了。
Watch out! This vase is going to fall on you.
小心!这个花瓶要掉在你身上了。
A dog is running toward the bone. The dog‘s going to eat the bone.
一条狗正向骨头跑去。狗要吃骨头了。

二、 will
1、现在决定要做某事,发生在说话时,例如:
I'll buy one for you too.
我也给你买一个。
I think I'll try one of those.
我想我可以试试。
2、当预测或相信未来的某件事时,此时也可以用 be going to,例如:
My team will not win the league this season. = My team is not going to win the league this season.
我的球队本赛季不会赢得联赛冠军。
I think it will rain later so take an umbrella with you. = I think it is going to rain later so take an umbrella with you.
我想晚些时候会下雨,所以带把伞吧。
3、表示意图、提议、许诺时,例如:
I'll give you a discount if you buy it right now.
如果你现在买的话,我给你打折。
I'll take you to the movies if you'd like.
如果你愿意,我带你去看电影。
I promise I will behave next time.
我保证下次我会守规矩的。
I promise I won’t tell anyone you broke the window.
我保证我不会告诉任何人你打破了窗户。
4、表示请求和邀请时,例如:
Will you give me a hand?
你能帮我一把吗?
Will you come in and have a drink?
你能进来喝一杯吗?
5、表示命令或威胁时,例如:
You'll do it this minute!
你现在就要做这事!
You will start work at six o’clock.
你六点钟开始工作。
I’ll bit you if you do that again.
如果你再那样做,我就咬你。
6、表示拒绝时,用否定式 won't,例如:
I told him to take out the trash but he won't do it.
我叫他把垃圾倒了,但他不干。
No, I won’t cook your dinner, you can cook it yourself.
不,我不会做你的晚餐,你可以自己做。
My kids won't listen to anything I say.
我的孩子不会听我说的任何话。
7、表示习惯和真理时,例如:
She will greet me when she meets me.
她见到我时会向我打招呼。
If it's made of wood it will float.
这要是木材做的就能浮在水面上。
Engines won't run without lubricants.
没有润滑油发动机就不能运转。
Man will die.
人会死。
三、两者的区别
1、当表示对未来的预测时,两者意思一样,例如:
The weather report says it will rain tomorrow. = The weather report says it is going to rain tomorrow.
天气预报说明天会下雨。
2、当回答类似问句”Are you busy this evening?“时:
若事先已经做好决定的,只可以用 be going to 回答:Yes, I'm going to the movies;
若事先没做好决定的,可以用两者回答:Yes, I will probably watch TV. | Yes, I'm probably going to watch TV,因为事先没有计划好,只是推测将要做某事。
